Honduras Jairo Galeas - Espresso Roast
Jairo Jobel Galeas comes from a family of coffee farmers. However, it was only after working for a coffee exporter that Jairo's passion for specialty coffee was ignited. He began looking for a land to grow coffee, wanting to find a spot high in the mountains. Eventually he found the perfect location, a farm with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. He named the farm Filo de Oro which translates to "Golden Edge."
